Wise Women of WU: The mentoring program for WU graduates

Wise Women of WU was created to support ambitious WU alumnae at an early stage of their careers. With successful top female managers at their side as mentors, 10 female graduates are given the exclusive opportunity to advance their careers in a targeted manner. After all, it is no secret that it is still more difficult for women to be recognized as candidates because they lack the appropriate networks.

Young, ambitious businesswomen are given the best possible support in one-to-one relationships with their mentor to prepare them for management positions and professional challenges. The exchange of experience is based on reciprocity, so that both mentees and mentors benefit from the transfer of knowledge and experience.
